With an acquisition of Verizon Fios service, Frontier was preparing to launch much-improved streaming video services and required rapid creative development for A/B testing of the CSR teams—the most cost-effective platform of upselling services to existing customers.

Each campaign needed to inspire and motivate the Call Center teams to promote the FtrVideo services… addressing key features and benefits that would improve customer on-demand lifestyles.
