Hello. I’m Patrick

An entrepreneur, design leader, design thinker, researcher, creative strategist, maker, educator, & typographer.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve collaborated with a diverse group of mission-driven clients and teams including the Enterprise Community Partners, the Shelley and Donald Rubin Foundation, and the Smithsonian to create insightful, human-centered designs that empower people for positive impact. I approach design and leadership with a focus on people, establishing empathy for both the people who make and the people who use the solutions I help bring to life. My design practice combines user research, design thinking, and creative strategies, all with a relentless focus on the user.

I’m currently working as Founder and Design Director of Tsang Seymour. I have also taught design at Parsons and SUNY Purchase for nearly 10 years. Design is my life and I enjoy participating in a variety of industry and community initiatives including the IxDF New York City meet-up, the AIGA, and the career mentoring communities of ADPList and Design Buddies.

I am what I do.
